Back of the Book Indexing — Proof of Concept

Upload a PDF. A real term-frequency pass finds repeated named concepts and significant words, with their actual page numbers from the file's own real per-page text — no AI involved in that part. Claude then suggests additional conceptual topics a frequency count can't catch, each one checked against the real page text it claims to be on before it's shown. A reviewer confirms, edits, or dismisses every entry. Capped at 15 pages for this PoC.
