Document Score — Proof of Concept

Technical prototype portfolio — demonstration environment

A real whole-document score, not a per-field confidence number, computed on the bundled synthetic document and checklist below. Three independently-measured components combine into one number: real checklist coverage (does the document contain the sections you expect, checked by exact phrase match), real readability (a standard formula computed from the document's own real word/sentence/syllable counts), and a consistency score that penalizes real, anchor-verified internal contradictions Claude finds and quotes — never an AI-assigned number on its own. The combination itself is independently recomputed from the three real sub-scores before being trusted.

Project Alpha — Vendor Engagement Summary

Scope of Work
Vendor will provide data migration services for the Project Alpha platform, covering extraction, transformation, and load of all customer records from the legacy system into the new environment. Work is expected to complete over a twelve-week engagement.

Payment Terms
Total contract value is $120,000, payable in four installments of $30,000 each, due at the end of each project phase.

Termination Clause
Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty days' written notice. Vendor will be compensated for all work completed through the effective termination date.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Summary
Project Alpha represents a substantial undertaking; stakeholders should note that the total engagement is valued at $150,000 and that the multifaceted, cross-functional coordination requirements necessitated by the legacy system's idiosyncratic data architecture will likely introduce schedule risk that the implementation team should proactively and continuously monitor throughout the engagement's duration.
