  • Require a title (package + every content doc)
  • Require a declared language, exact match "en"
  • Require an EPUB3 navigation document
  • Every real heading must appear in the TOC
  • No heading level skips
  • Require real alt text on every image
  • Minimum image size 300×300px
  • Required image format: JPEG
