Real transformative image editing, not metadata reading. Claude looks at the bundled sample image below and proposes regions that look sensitive — a face, a signature, an account number, a barcode. A reviewer confirms which ones to actually redact; only confirmed regions get a real solid-black block composited onto the real pixel data. The generated image is then independently checked: every confirmed region is measured directly in the real output pixels to confirm it's actually redacted, and a grid of sample points outside every confirmed region is compared against the real original to catch a redaction that bled past its own boundary.
