Converts a real .docx manuscript into the real NISO JATS 1.3 Archiving and Interchange Tag Set — a different, specific XML vocabulary from DocBook, used by PubMed Central and open-access journals. The structural conversion itself is deterministic, no AI step. The generated XML is validated against the real, official JATS 1.3 XSD schema published by NLM/NCBI. Claude's one job is classifying each reference's real publication type, independently re-checked against the real controlled vocabulary and the citation's own text.
